New homes from 160k to 260k 

Selling homes in Phase 1 and Phase 2 for the remainder of '07 and into "08.   The 200 home community is about a 10 minute drive from Wilmington and features homes built by Southern Homebuilders.   Southern Homebuilders offers 21 different floorplans with optional FROG's.  Homes in Phase 1 have the full Brick exterior option.  Homes in Phase 2 offer 1 and 2 car garages.  Lanvale Forest  will have a community center with pool.

Started in ’05, this multi-phase gated development offers 18 different floor plans.  Set around two lakes with walking trails and lighted streets, Lake Forest will be selling Phase I homes for ’07.   The developement is off the second Leland exit, hwy 74/76. 

New and resale homes from 180’s to mid 300’s

This 1000 acre development started in ’05, will open two new sections for ’07.  Tyler’s Cove has 2 and 3 bedroom town and patio homes while Cove Landing has all brick homes in five different floor plans.  Amenities include clubhouse, pool and walking paths.  Five miles from Leland down highway 133, this development is very near the projected path of the proposed Skyway to Wilmington and minutes from public access to the Brunswick River.

Magnolia Greens is a 1000 acre golf course community started in ’99, which still offers new construction homes with 16 different floor plans from Pyramid builders as well as resale homes.  Amenities include a 27 hole championship golf course, 8000 sq’ recreational facility with 2 pools, tennis courts, comprehensive gym and sauna.

Adjacent to Magnolia Greens, Waterford began building in ’03 and currently is expected to near completion of over 600 homes around the end of ’07.  Several different builders offer an array of floor plans and styles including town, patio, spec and custom homes.  Amenities include clubhouse, pool, tennis, walking trails and an extensive system of manmade waterways connecting to Osprey Lake conservation area.

Brunswick forest is a 10,000 acre development incorporating residential and commercial that started in ’07.   The new sales center is recently opened and the Wellness Center is open for business.  The Center boasts indoor and outdoor pools, 5 tennis courts, Pro Shop, extensive workout facility,  steam rooms, juice bar and lunch grill.    The Garden Club is near completion.  The River Club and Ocean Club are on the way.  Landscaping and walking trails are under construction and the commercial site is showing progress.
